It's beautiful Kathie. Have you seen the "Not so zen-quilts in Paris blog" lately? She is currently working on a similar quilt, inspired by an antique Dutch quilt: http://willsquiltsinparis.blogspot.com/2012/01/was-it-good-idea.html
Hugs from Helene
I just have one like this lying on the floor. Used a charm pack that someone gave me.
Yours looks great
great quilt - love those old browns.
I WANT A LEGGO set - I have to find one, that is too fun for words.
OMG, we love Legos. Must have that one. Great quilt you acquired!
What a great find for you. I really like the combo of shirtings with the dark fabrics. They are antique and not repro? They look so crisp and pretty. Thanks for sharing your new treasure. Oh, and I am a Lego lover, too. I buy my now 25 year old son a little Lego set for his stocking every year and he delights in putting it together. I love to watch him doing it - don't you miss them being little?
Great little quilt!! And I LOVE the Lego sewing room :-)
Wonderful little quilt and your fabric combinations are perfect!
:-) Carolyn
I love Martha's quilts and kits!! Yours in no exception!!
Love the leggos!!
Fabulous quilt to add to your collection. Very nice, indeed.
Love the Lego Quilt Studio - in fact the whole family loves Legos. LOL
That is so cute, it is amazing what they can make with toys now, lol. Beautiful quilt and hand quilting will be perfect for it.

Gotta love the variety of antique fabrics in this little top!! I love it!!
That little quilt is to die for! Cute!!!! I want those LEGOS!! LOL
What a great little quilt! As I study the fabrics in it I want to dig out the vintage textiles I have and compare. Love the brown and red fabrics.
Who knew Legos made a quilt studio? That is too cool. Wish someone would put that in my stocking next year.
You are a lucky woman on both counts, Kathie!
I can't imagine a better fate for this little quilt than being hand quilted by Kathie and ending up on her wall of miniature quilts. I'm pretty excited about that.
My shop has only been open about a week, so I am still working on the doll quilt tops and quilt top kits. I plan to add lots more kits with antique fabric.
What a great find! Can't wait to see it handquilted!!
Your new quilt is beautiful. Cannot wait to see what you do with it. You are too cute to put a photo of the Legos up. I'm thrilled they arrived and that you like them. Best wishes!!
I love the design used for all those HST's - such a delightful little quilt and a wonderful variety of fabrics - what a great find!!!
You're seriously on a roll! One gorgeous quilt after another. I love this little doll quilt, and the nine-patch from the last post is perfect. You're right, can you get any better combination than red and brown?
Good job! So what are you going to finish tomorrow? ;)
Yeah for Legos - they offer something for everyone *s*
Hello! How much fun is that quilt!! I will be perfect to handquilt. I love this pattern, and have used it frequently for baby quilts, with charm packs. Have fun!
What a great quilt, no wonder you needed it. I'm loving the leggo, how neat for the sewing room.
We're a Lego family from way back. A highlight of our son's visit home for Thanksgiving was him pulling out his old Lego sets and showing them to his little daughter. She was putting together Lego creations by the time they left.
This fashion/quilt studio looks like a MUST BUY for Grandma Vivian to have for future visits.
Great little quilt. Your friend sent you in the right direction.
Oh man, I love that Lego quilt studio. It looks like it is perhaps not from this country. Do you know where it came from? I am going hunting for one now!
I have a photo of an antique doll quilt like that in my "to do someday" file. You have inspired me to get busy. Imlove these scrappy quilts... It's like a mini fabric collection.
I see why you bought it. It's gorgeous, gorgeous little quilt. Love the shirting fabric she used through out the quilt. Enjoy hand quilting it - Hugs Nat
Ohh the Lego is so fun! and the top is gorgeous. It is a pattern I have on my list for one day..
OK, who knew there was a LEGO QUILT SHOP???? I must have it! ;-)
Love your barn raising... It is a favorite style for me... Made a few and love each of them equally!
Cute little quilt and thanks for telling me about Martha's shop but now I am seriously tempted...oh dear!
What a great little quilt! How big are the blocks??
Yep, me too!! I also just HAVE to have the quilt studio! Just think, I might have missed it - I just love Lego but was not taken with the Friends range - well one part of it calls me now! ;)
