I whipped up this little quilt this weekend, just love pink and green together and that hint of yellow PERFECT in my book!
I pulled out this book Saturday am Folk Art Quilts by Gwen Marston and when I opened to this page I knew I had to make that quilt. Thanks goodness for our fabric collections where we can just go to the closet and whip up a little quilt! This quilt is approx 18 "x 22"
Yes, its true I was really inspired by the pink and green I just had to start another one, this one is based on an antique quilt I saw on line....

Will share when its done! these are the fabrics I am using....
fun to see these two little quilts I made this week together, need to make a few more. I really like the smaller size ones think a few more less then 10 inches is in my future!

The zigzag setting really sets off the blocks. And those yellow blocks add an extra "pop" to the quilt.

I like those little 4 patches set on point like you did. Also like how you see zig zags, too.

I have this book. Isn't it funny how we don't notice something in a book until someone else points it out.
