I like everything about your blog especially the mini quilts you got me hooked on making. Thank you for the chance Kathleen.
I love how you take vintage quilts and "make them your own" with your personal fabric choices and ideas. And I really appreciate seeing how you go through the process--auditioning fabrics, thinking it through. You have helped me become more thoughtful about my own quiltmaking, and taught me to tune in to my sense of intuition.
I love your blog because i also like antique looked quilts.
I like the many different blocks and then quilts I get to see ... I always enjoy your sometimes unusual colour choices eg. pink and green - looks great but you don't get to see it a lot.
Aye I guess that's all, so mostly the eye candy and the inspiration.
I'm a follower, and I have your blog on my sidebar for others to be inspired by you. I love your fabric choices!
pick me pick me. I 'm having such a hard time with my new toy, Gamill. Those fabrics or pattern would definetely cheer me up.
Gosh Kathie, this is fun. Easy to list what I like. I could just say the inspiration but that includes so much. It's the great books, the fabric combo's that speak to my quilter - totally, your ability to put together the simplest blocks into quilts that grab the essence of the antique/repro quilts we so love, it's the variety of techniques you share in your own quilting life and gosh, honestly, it's the effort you put into being a great blogging/quilting friend. Always ready to help with a question or drop into someone else's blog to give back even more. ....and seriously that was quick to type. *karendianne.
I love the antique inspiration as well as the little quilts. I was first inspired by your tumbler quilt and I made 2 of my own. Yours is one of my favorite blogs, so keep it up. The giveaway is gorgeous - I would love to win it.
I like all the gorgeous quilts you make, I love watching all the pictures and the lovely fabrics you use. What a great give away.
Greetings Anneke
Hi Kathie - I just love that you know so much, and share so much. Wendy
Awesome giveaway! I love seeing the variety of repro fabrics you use in your quilts. I do believe you could stock a small quilt shop! lol I also love that the quilts you reproduce are antique ones and your so prolific, too! Thanks for the opportunity.

I always enjoy seeing what you are making, and your taste in fabrics is just luscious. In other words, you also enable. lol! Thanks for the giveaway!
Your blog is just very interesting and informative. Love the colors you choose in your quilts and even your purchases, such as the ruler and fabric pack you recently got.
Well, Kathie, I feel as though I've been a follower forever and an even bigger fan ever since you sent me some 'Abe Lincoln' fabric for my Civil War Diary quilt block. More than once I've made my own version of one of your quilts and quite honestly love everything that you do. A great inspiration and a very generous person - thank you for all you share.......Luv Ann J

I like the fact that you make lots of stuff for me to admire. thanks for the chance to win.

Please keep me out of the giveaway. We both know I am not quilting. Sadly.
What I like about your blog is that you are you. You just share your love of all things quilting. Its not a blog that has turned into an add like so many others.
We share a love for antique quilts, reproductions. Trying new fun fabrics that are not repros. LOl. Quilt history, etc.
Kathie, As the title of your blog states, I find your blog very inspiring. My taste is very similar to yours, as I always love our projects. Thanks for sharing your talents.
I love to read your blogs and how you take us through the steps of planning out the colors and settings. My love is antique quilts and generally will make quilts that look old. Every once in a while I'll make a "modern" quilt with wacky colors, usually for a young person or baby. I am inspired by your choices and styles. Thank you. Michele G

Thanks for the opportunity to win this prize. I like all the pictures you post of the antique quilts that inspire you and the ones you make. It really gets me thinking about different quilt designs.
What I have to tell you one thing - that's like having to choose between chocolate and coffee. Really though, I only found your blog a short time ago & yes, I do love it. One of the great things is that you actually make quilts and even more is that one can look at them without seeing spots for hours afterwards like so many in the magazines today. I am a sucker for the oldies anyways. Your points match:) Whooo hoo! You haven't posted a picture of a dog on the quilt - that's a good thing. It is such a nice thing to see your name in the in box and smile.
Blessings and tiny stitches to you,
LadyLocust
(my blog should be back up and running soon - can hardly wait.)

What I like about your blog is that you are so productive, and make the kinds of quilts that I love the best :)
I love visiting your blog because you cheer me up each time I pop in. You take the mystery away from various things by showing 'how' your way and it works for me, you're not afraid to use vibrant colours. And most of all I love your blog because I like you, there's no pretence.

You and I are doing similar projects. I recently finished quilting a little PA German style 4 patch - and did a pink and green in January - all small sizes.I'll blog about the finished 4 patch soon.
