Incredible....can't you just see so many possibilities with this fabric? don't you LOVE the colors???
A piece of this big print fabric arrived in my mail box and all I can say is WOW!
If the rest of this line is as good as this print I am in big trouble. I preordered a 1/2 yard bundle of the line, Square in a Square by Andover its a collection from the IQSC by Kathy Hall and Jo Morton
I am going to have a hard time waiting for this line to arrive!
great bold print with amazing colors...
I know I am going to need YARDS of this one....ah yes I have plans!!!!!
and I have learned you have to buy these turkey red fabrics when they become available and hide them in your closets for future use as well.
The scale is big! the big feather below is 9" long the little one above is 2 1/2"
so much potential in mho...
so tell me what do you think????? don't you just love it too!

I confess to hording turkey reds whenever they come available...looks like I'll be ordering some!
Yes I love it!! I can't wait to see it in person :0)
oh it looks really beautiful!
Yep. Had to order some of this too. I just love it!
Yes, I love it; it's already living in my stash! But I may have to invest in more....
Definitely agree, can't wIt to get my hands on. Just bought 12 metres of an old Turky red I happened upon.. Yes that's right 12 metres. An't wait to see your plan!
I do like it and I really thought of you when I saw it in "the flesh." But...I've been searching for Turkey red in a smaller scale. Nothing new yet but I did happen upon a website that had some of the Quaker Reds line from Marcus and found more when I was in Denver. I bought all they had in the Denver shop and ordered two yards each of the three on the website. So, I can relate to Deb's ordering 12 metres!
Temptress.
You really have to stop showing us beautiful fabrics. ARGH!!!!
I have been trying not to buy fabrics lately, but I can see all sorts of possibilities with this fabric, fussy cutting heaven I think.
Wow! I can see the back of a beautiful quilt!
This is a beauty! I'll watch with interest to see what your "plans" are and how they "materialize"!
Oh, this is so yummy! Yep.....you'll need yards of it! I'll be saving some room on my shelf for it, too! :o)
Incredible is right. So glad you shared this... else I might not know. Just another thing I appreciate your blog posts/efforts for. Thank you.
Kathie, all I can say is YUM!
When will this be available?
A very nice friend gifted me with a bundle of fats fom this line, for my birthday. On Friday I gifted myself with a yard of the beautiful focus fabric. I just washed it today...i wish I could put everything else on the back burner to start workingwith this new line!
GORGEOUS!! Wow. I see ALL kinds of possibilities here!
This fabric is gorgeous...and I love the shirtings you showed in your last post. Thanks for sharing the source!
I went way past "ridiculous" describing the size of my stash years ago (according to friends), but you keep tempting me with new beauties like this one. I'm especially tempted by turkey reds when I see them, just because you write about them. I don't need them, but I look for them cuz you make such wonderful things with them, and I want to be ready, just in case I follow along.
I do love it! That red is hard to come by sometimes, so true.
what a gorgeous red--this is going to be a collectible line to own. I have missed getting them in the past & will remember to get them while I can--I think the whole line is pretty spectacular--think of the applique alone!!!
Beware! That stuff multiplies in dark places. Better not hide in in the closet.
Yes!! I love it!! ohhhh I'm seriously drooling!!
I can't wait to see this line in person. The other pieces look really good too. Makes me want to take a road trip!
I see this Jo fabric in my future!!! The vibrant red and wonderful design are just right up my alley. Thanks for the heads up.
Yes, this fabric just couldn't be left there in the store. So glad you got it!
It's just gorgeous! Must get me some!!
I do love this fabric, I just ordered three yards of it for the borders and sashing on my red and green applique blocks...what do you think will it be to busy for those simple blocks? I also wonder if it is wrong to introduce all the different colors in the borders when the blocks are all red, green, and gold. Hmmm a preview will be coming.
I love the large feathery shapes in this fabric. When creating applique, I enjoy incorporating these shapes into flower petals, leaves, anywhere a curved motif will fit. I shop for fabric by pattern first, color second.
