All cut out , ready to sew together!  Isn't it wonderful to have a fabric collection that you can just whip up a quilt! I am amazed at how much fabric was and still is I have to admit in my scrap basket and bags!  Using the crumbler template made it easy and fast!
love how the template has lines so you can precut out the side blocks , in the past  I would just sew an extra block and then trim it back.  This is so much easier!!!!   I chose a grey as I thought it would go with the quilt  I was going for a masculine looking quilt , (does it look masculine to you????) its darker in person then in these pictures.  I will bind it with this grey fabric as well.

I changed my mind I will pick the winner tomorrow Thursday, I hate long giveaways :)  I always want to know if I won!  so go to yesterdays post and enter if you haven't yet...
I wish I could give away many more of them, I think this is one of those tools /rulers you won't be sorry you bought., just MHO....
tomorrow I will share new fabric I just had to buy.....

May be my favorite set for tumblers ever!! I probably won't win, so I'm putting this on my list! And it definitely looks masculine to me. Great job.

Yes, it has a masculine look for sure! I do like the grey border around the edge. It also looks much larger now that you have most of the pieces up! I thought it was a mini on your last post. Is this a bed quilt?

Isn't that why we have a fabric "collection", so we can jump right into something new? The Crumbler is an exciting new template. Your top looks great.

I hate long giveaways, too. LOL

You must have little helpful elves hiding in your home somewhere. Your quilt tops come together so quickly.
There's a definite masculine look to it. And as soon as I saw your layout version, I thought of Lava Lamps. Now I can't get them out of my mind. They're so cool--even groovy :)
I didn't enter yesterday, as I've won more than my share of giveaways here and there. Someone is going to be a VERY happy tumbler or crumbler maker. (I read Carrie's explanation of her template name--cute!)

It's amazing how fast you cut! The gray edge definitely helps with the masculine look. My Crumbler template already arrived in the mail so I just might need to start cutting for that quilt even though I still need to piece the other tumbler quilt I've been cutting for.

I don't know which colours give it the most 'pop' and movement - the cheddars, the reds or those brilliant blues. Love the way apparently random designs like this pulse with life.

Wow, I would love to have a scrap basket like yours in which to play! I can only make mini quilts from mine. How do you put a quilt together so quickly? It boggles my mind! : )
Yes, I think you achieved "masculine"--especially knowing how a camera flash brightens the colors. I know this is darker than it appears. Great job--love it!!

Wonderful! I love how you've placed the pieces end to end. I may use this idea sometime!

Beautiful! Yes, it does look masculine. I know the 6 men in my house (husband and 5 sons!) would love it!!!

Such a great idea! I have a "coffin" template and hand pieced a quilt like this a while back. I was planning to do another one but you have me rethinking my piecing method!
