does this fabric look familiar to you???    I think this is my last treasured piece of it.  If you happen to have any of it in your fabric collection and would be willing be part with a piece of it I would be forever grateful and happy to send you fabric in return or pay for it even......

on the cutting table this am....I will be making lots of red and green nine patches over the next year for a quilt for next Christmas....
I love this fabric line its Metropolitan Faire by Barbara Brackman for Moda.  When I saw that kit for sale I just had to buy it using this fabric line.  Speck by Miss Rosie's Quilt Company.
My progress on my red and white blocks... I will take a break the next few days from this project as I have a few gifts to whip up!
Can't wait to finish this top though my goal was by Thursday this week, lets see if I can still pull that off.    Sleep is overrated, right?   I really wanted to be hand quilting this one over the holidays....
I think I may have be more realistic and say quilting it in January.

I can see why you love that fabric, but, no, I don't have any. I love seeing the different fabrics in your quilts and it amazes me how many different reproductions there are. I received a gift certificate to my favorite repro quilt shop and I can't wait to go there to see what treasures are available. Hope someone has a piece of your fabric!

All your projects are wonderful! I haven't seen Metropolitan Fair in person, but it looks like a great line. Sorry...can't help you on that fabric :(

The fabric you are cutting for the red & green nine patches looks very good. I think you are the Nine Patch Queen. You use nine patch blocks a lot and turn them into wonderful quilts.

Always fun to see what new things you are working on, you inspire me to get going and do more quilting. Wish I had some for you, but nothing like that in my stash.

I don't have that fabric either but I do love what it on your cutting table. I have been seeing lots of zig zag quilts around - very tempting.

ya know...I just had a V8 moment reading your post. Your quilts are like relatives that come around for visits. you work on a few blocks at a time rotating them until they are done. My frustration is that in my pee brain I need to finish a quilt I start and when I don't within some weird designated time I feel stressed. you are my quilt guru (unfortunately I have never seen that fabric, good luck)

OMG, Kathie, you are the Queen of awesome projects. I always love everything you show.

This post has given me food for thought for 2013. Off to think some more. :-)

Sorry I don't have any of that fabric either but it is wonderful. Love all your projects. I always have a variety going so when I get tired of working on one I can work on something else and at least I am being productive. They all get finished eventually. Even if sometimes it is years later in my case lol.

I'm sorry to say that your fabric doesn't look familiar - I wish it did! It's terrific.

I am in love with the red and white quilt - and I can't wait to see what comes next. So get busy - sleep is vastly overrated... said no one ever. ;)

Wow! Everything looks so beautiful. Very inspiring. I am sorry to say I don't have the fabric either. Good luck finding it. Have you tried one of the sites/groups that you can list what you are looking for?

Not needing as much sleep is one good thing about getting older!

Can't believe that not one of us can help with that fabric. Wish I could, but I even searched some 1800s fabric collections online, but to no avail.
Love all of your projects. That red and white is so striking!
