So true!!!! :-)
I have this same sign in my sewing room. Above my fabric cabinet!!
It is so true. When I showed alll my fabrics to my quilter friend she asked where is the rest of my fabics. How embarassing.. ; j
Lol!! That's a great sign!!
I completely agree, but there is such a thing as too few cupboards!
True, but Diana has it right...not enough space to store it all.
Your friend knows you well.
LOl, I am beginning to think that in my room, need to get moving and start making more quilts;)Debbie
I recently moved to an apartment because of a divorce I didn't ask for. I tell you this because, I'm sorry..............but there reallly is such a thing as too much fabric. Move, and your opinion may change. Michele
You're preaching to the choir, sister! Amen.
Perfectly true! :o)
I used to think that. But as retirement looms closer and closer, the thought of moving all of this "stuff" really sends me into a tizzy! So I only poked ONE button today! :)
I agree, except for when you have to move it! (which I have had to do several times lately)
I'm with everyone on the point about moving, but once you finally get settled in again, it would seem not. ;-)
I don't plan to move, so that is not my concern, but the statement about not enough cupboards is true here! : )
That's my mantra. Love the sign!
Oh wow. That should be hanging in my sewing room! haha I' going on Tuesday to buy me some more ;)
I agree with you on that one.
My Philosophy of Fabric is: Too Much is Better Than Not Enough. This also works for chocolate, wine and money.
No, you cannot have too much fabric.Your flag quilt is darling.
I am with pcflamingo...too much is better than not enough. :)
always room for more!
words to live by.:)
Never a truer statement!
It seems i live by this. Unfortunately, a lot of the stash was acquired in my early sewing life & is sort of ugly. One of my goals for 2013 is to do some scrap quilts, as Bonnie Hunter says " if it is still ugly, you haven't cut it small enough!"
